Board of directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for the management of Alandia according to the Charter of the Board of Directors. It also elects the committees that ensure the successful running of Alandia’s operations. These committees are: The Audit Committee, the Solvency and Investment Committee and the Compensations and Successions Committee.
