Voluntary accident insurance for self-employed persons

Self-employed persons or partners in companies who are not covered by the Statutory Accident insurance can take out a voluntary accident insurance policy, as defined in the Workers’ Compensation Act.

Self-employed persons or partners in companies with work accident insurance can also take voluntary accident insurance for leisure time.

Both the premiums and the compensations for loss of income of voluntary accident insurance for self-employed persons are based on a pre-agreed sum of annual earnings.
