Alandia Konsolidering Ab merged with Alandia Försäkring Abp

The merger between Alandia Försäkring Abp and the wholly owned subsidiary Alandia Konsolidering Ab (formerly known as Försäkringsaktiebolaget Liv-Alandia) was completed on January 31, 2021. The merger enables a simpler company structure and eliminates overlapping activities. As a result of the merger, Alandia Försäkring Abp acquired all assets, rights and liabilities of Alandia Konsolidering Ab. Alandia Konsolidering Ab was dissolved upon the completion of the merger on January 31, 2021.

The merger has been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority in Finland.

In practice, the merger does not affect our customers’ insurances or services at Alandia Försäkring Abp. The changes do neither affect our business partners or our suppliers. As before, we will continue to work for our customer’s benefit!
