The Joint War Committee (JWC) has amended the Listed Areas and we hereby give notice of cancellation with effect from 30^th July 2026 in order to revise the Areas of Perceived Enhanced Risk to come into line with the JWC ‘Listed Areas’ dated the 29^th July 2026, a copy of which is enclosed.

The following changes are incorporated in the new list as attached:

Amended: Saudi Arabia

Amended: Persian/Arabian Gulf, Gulf of Oman, Indian Ocean, Gulf of Aden and Southern Red Sea

a) On the northwest, by the Red Sea, south of Latitude 25.5°N, (not including Egyptian territorial waters);

Amended: Eritrea

Deleted: Pakistan

The new ‘Listed Areas’ will be incorporated into all of the war risk policies where we Alandia Försäkring Abp are Leading Underwriter and the insurances will be automatically reinstated upon expiry of the notice as per the Hull War, Strikes, Terrorism and Related Perils Notice of Cancellation Administration Clause (JW2022/007A, Alandia revised 28 November 2022). The Notice shall be 7 days but where the circumstances involve one of the five powers (China, France, Russia, United Kingdom, United States), the Notice shall be 72 hours.

In line with the notice provision above, the new listed areas will take effect on all war risk policies from 00:01 Hours GMT 8^th August 2026.
