Alandia has insured superyachts since the late 2010s, with a steadily growing portfolio supported by responsive service and close, personal cooperation with brokers and clients. Our focus is to continue developing this class sustainably while maintaining our role as a reliable and technically strong insurance partner.

Cover is arranged on a follower basis with recognised market leaders and written on established yacht wordings, including the Norwegian Yacht Form, American Yacht Form R12, and the Institute Time Clauses – Yacht (1/11/85). Insurance is typically offered for yachts above 300 GT with sums insured exceeding EUR/USD 10 million.

The insurance generally includes Hull & Machinery, Increased Value, and War Risks, reflecting the operational requirements of the yacht sector. Worldwide trading is accepted, with a preference for Mediterranean operations. Caribbean trading is also available; for yachts below 500 GT, this may require a Named Windstorm Exclusion, with buy‑back options considered on a case-by-case basis.
