In case the goods or the package have visible damages, the receiver shall make a remark on the freight document at receipt of the shipment. Send a written Notice of loss to the carrier/haulier, excluded from your insurance, and hold him responsible for the damage/loss.

Please describe, as accurately as possible, what has occurred and the extent of the damage. Please, also advice if the damaged goods are evaluated to have a residual value.
Please attach, if available, the following documents:
- Supplier invoice for the entire shipment
- Photos
- Freight document (CMR/BL)
- Freight invoice
- Police report in case of theft
- Documentation confirming the extent of the damage
- Copy of the written notification of loss to the carrier
- Complaint made by the claimant
