As an Alandia employee, the cost of your lunch is subsidised, helping you to maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout your working day. - Flexible working hours
We understand the importance of work-life balance, be it to accommodate responsibilities outside of work, engage in other interests or simply take some time out. Therefore, we offer the opportunity of flexible working hours to all Alandia staff. - Insurances
Regular staff and temporary employees with at least one-year employment contracts are granted a discount of 25% on their yacht insurance. Travel insurance is granted to all ordinary employees and to temporary employees with at least one-year employment contracts. - Health, wellness and leisure
We believe in looking after the physical and mental health of our employees, and as such have implemented a wellness allowance as part of our benefits package. As an Alandia employee, you are entitled to 400 Euro (or 4000 SEK in Sweden) per year. This can be spent on leisure and fitness activities such as swimming, gym membership or massages.
